SolutionsOne provides 30 days of support for all applications developed and offers optional annual support thereafter.

Support is calculated at 18% of the development cost and covers bug fixes, phone support, email support, and remote access support. When we are connected remotely, it's like having the technician setting with you at your computer. The technician can analyze your computer to identify any problems with the operating system and can remote control your computer when needed to assist you.
