Chris McNabb
As the Owner of SolutionsOne, Chris brings over twenty five years of Supply Chain Management and Software Development experience to the table. Chris spent the first twenty years of his career working for a number of large Corporations.

He began his career twenty five years ago as a Pharmaceutical Technician working for one of the largest manufacturers of branded vitamin and mineral supplements in the world. In 1982 when the company started the implementation of an MRP system, Chris’s career path shifted towards Materials Management. It was at this time that Chris developed his love for Systems Design and Programming.

During the next sixteen years Chris held a number of Management positions where he had the opportunity to design several warehouses and variety of business applications.

In 1997 Chris started his own company which was named Industrial Database Solutions. In 1998 Chris decided to expand the business to include Warehouse Consulting and a number of other value added services. It was at this time that the business was renamed to become SolutionsOne.

Eric Woods
As a contract programmer, Eric plays a key role in the development of our portable data collection applications. Eric brings eighteen years of software development experience to the table, specializing batch and RF terminal applications.

Eric lives in Mission Viejo California with his wife and six children. When he's not working, he enjoys sports, working out, and spending time with his family.

Kim Muinch
Kim Muinch, CPIM has more than twenty five years of varied manufacturing and distribution industry experience. Prior to starting his manufacturing and distribution systems consulting practice nine years ago, Kim pursued a career path that would give him in-depth, hands-on and executive-level experience in virtually every aspect of running a manufacturing and distribution enterprise, at industry leading companies including Hewlett-Packard.

Kim was among the first to experience the implementation of an MRP software package in the 1970's, was an early pioneer with JIT in the early 1980’s, and got waist-deep into business process re-engineering, performance improvement, and occupational training and certification in the 1990's. He has focused his efforts in the new century on advanced supply chain management, with emphasis on increasing the velocity of the supply chain by utilizing new technologies and business practices.

Kim earned his CPIM credentials in 1978, and over the years has been a frequent presenter at APICS International Conferences and chapter meetings. Kim holds a degree in Financial Management and Investments from California State University.

Kim lives in Westlake Village, California with his wife and two daughters. He loves to fly airplanes, which enables him to service his clients throughout all of Southern California.

Jay Shaw
Jay Shaw is an accomplished logistics professional, with over 30 years of domestic and international product distribution accomplishments. Highly skilled in all aspects of product distribution and transportation management, Jay adds additional knowledge of international trade practices, including export and import customs regulations. Having led a 3PL organization as well as holding executive positions for manufacturing and sales distribution firms, Jay offers one of the broadest menus of logistics skills in the industry.

Jay’s skills have enabled him to work on behalf of clients in negotiating and establishing distribution relationships throughout the world. Fulfillment operations, warehousing and distribution center operations, order administration and sales support activities both domestically and internationally, and working with strict time limitations and tight budgets, he has created regional logistics support networks that exceed customer expectations every time. Knowing how all the pieces fit together, Jay is able to meld customer services with sales and manufacturing processes, using highly developed logistics networks and systems to optimize a global business enterprise. Well balanced, the solutions developed by Jay have stood the test of time and brought continued economic benefits to enterprises and clients. Bringing partners together has been one of the paramount reasons for this level of success.

Logistics networks, by definition, incorporate numerous elements and related "touch costs", however through the judicious planning and coordination of activities Jay has brought to life the highest levels of performance, enabling companies to successfully launch products into new markets, including the international arena. In recognition of this ability, Jay has been invited to speak to numerous trade groups during his career.

Based in Southern California, Jay has supported programs located far from home, including Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Latin America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In North America, Jay’s skills in the domestic U.S. logistics and distribution are also well polished, having once established a network of regional distribution centers within thirty days for a client. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, Jay has continued to participate in a wide range of opportunities to continue his professional education throughout his career.
